All your questions answered when booking your 2016 Christmas Party
Q: What types of Christmas Parties do you offer?
A: We have 3 types of party available.
Discounts are dependant on your party date, managing your party online and subject to availability. Please speak to Grant or Paul to confirm any available discounts. A 20% discount on your drinks package can be arrnaged if ordered and paid before September and subject to a mimimum speend.
1, our infamous Dinner Disco party.
Enjoy your 3 course meal in The Peach Tree followed by a high energy disco in C:21 Nightclub taking you through the early hours. Enjoy the 80’s 90’s and current tunes from our DJ – along with your party requests too!
2, our Christmas Dinner party.
Our mid – week Christmas Dinner Party is the perfect way to relax and enjoy your Christmas party with friends and colleagues.
After your 3 course meal you can chat amongst yourselves or enjoy some relaxing cocktails in our Cuban inspired bar Havana Republic.
3, our Christmas Lunch Party.
The Peach Tree is Shropshire’s No.1 party venue - especially when it comes to Christmas Parties and in 2016, party guests can choose either a 2 or 3 course lunch and they’ll find it great value-for-money as well!
So come and enjoy - great food, friendly service and a party atmosphere that’s unique! Yes indeed, we pride ourselves on striving to be the best, and according to so many of our customers, we are! So if you’ve never been before, come and see for yourself!
Q: is there an age restriction?
A: for all our evening parties we do have an 18+ restriction.
Q: How do we book a Christmas Party?
A: Give us a call: on 01743 281750 or on 01743 355055 who will happily book your party for you.
Q: Do we need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes we do ask for a £10 (for evening parties) & £5 (For lunch parties) deposit per person these are non-refundable or transferable which are due on the 1st September or if booking after this date 5 days after you book online if your party is on a Sunday to Thursday. Friday or Saturday night bookings will need deposit paying on day of booking.
Christmas Day Lunch and New Years Eve bookings have a £15 per person deposit again these are non-refundable or transferable.
Q: When is the final payment due?
A: This is due on the 1st of November.
Q: How can I make payments?
A: There are several ways to pay.
Paying online: you can pay using our secure payment system online.
Over the phone: we take all major credit & debit cards which any of our duty managers will be able to take payment for you. Please have the date of your party, type of party, name of party & name of organiser along with your payment details.
In person: pop in and see one of our duty managers who will happily take your payment for you please have the date of your party, type of party, name of party & name of organiser along with your payment.
Q: What happens if I have to cancel after payment has been made?
A: Final payments will be refunded if we have 24 hrs notice minus deposit.
Cancellations 12 hours before party will be refunded with a voucher minus deposit.
Cancellations under 12 hours before party are non-refundable.
Q: When do you need our pre-order?
A: We will need your pre-order on your online booking page 10 days prior to your party any alterations can be made online up till 3 days prior.
Q: Do we need to bring a copy of our menu choices.
A: No we provide every guest with there own name card with there menu choice printed on it these are left on the end of your table to be handed out when everyone is seated.
Q: Do you cater for all types of dietary requirements?
A: YES: we cater for vegan, gluten-free, coeliac (wheat-free), lactose (Dairy Free) and even sugar-free options - for guests with either a lifestyle choice or those with specific dietary requirements give us a call 01743 355055 or drop us an email email@example.com and we can sort it out.
Q: Can we pre-order wine for our table?
A: Yes you can either pre-order and pay online or give us a call and we will have your wine waiting for you on your table when you sit down.
Q: Can we have drinks packages?
A: Yes: We can arrange bespoke packages, including cocktails, champagne, wine, pimms etc
Q: Can we set up a bar tab?
A: Yes we have several options for bar tabs.
Fixed amount: you can give us an amount you would like to spend and we will fix your tab to stop at that amount.
Open amount: you can have no limit on your bar tab.
Vouchers: you can have a voucher for your staff or clients for a free drink at the bar with what ever restrictions you require i.e. no doubles, bottles of wine ect.
All bar tabs will need to be paid within 24 hours of your party we will also require credit card details to open a bar tab.
Q: Can we request where we would like to sit?
A: Yes we will do are hardest to accommodate your seating requirements on the night. If you need to be located downstairs for mobility reasons we will make sure you are correctly located.
If you would like a specific seating plan you are very welcome to come and arrange your guest’s name cards prior to seating.
Q: Can we all sit together?
A: Depending on the number in your party we will try to get you all on the same table if not you will be on the next table.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: We don’t have a strict dress code but we would always say “dress to impress”
Q: What time do we have to be there?
A: Arrival time for our evening parties is 7 for 7.30pm at C:21 for pre dinner drinks your party will be called through to your tables at around 7.45 ready to serve your food at 8pm.
Lunch parties we do ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before you would like to be seated for lunch.
Q: What time does the party finish?
A: You can party on through till 4am every night in December.
Q: If we have a lunch party what time can we keep our table till?
A: We require your table to be clear by 5pm ready for us to relay for our evening parties but you are very welcome to use C:21 or Spirit Champagne bar to carry on with your party.
Q: Is there a service charge?
A: No we do not put a service charge on our Christmas Parties.
